At TruLab Dx, we specialize in high-complexity molecular and toxicology diagnostics using RT-PCR, quantitative PCR (qPCR), and LC-MS technologies. Our panels are built for clinical accuracy, rapid turnaround, and actionable insight across a wide range of conditions.
We currently offer these diagnostic PCR panels:
Many of our panels also include antibiotic resistance markers, helping providers identify resistance genes early to support targeted therapy and antimicrobial stewardship.
Each panel is clinically curated to support precision medicine and improved outcomes. Providers gain direct access to our lab team and PharmD consultants for timely, personalized guidance.

At this time, TruLab Dx does not collect specimens directly from patients, nor schedules in-person appointments. Our laboratory provides advanced molecular and toxicology testing for medical clinics, healthcare providers, and organizations that collect patient specimens and sends them to our facilities for analysis.
If you are an individual looking to complete a drug screen or other panels, we recommend visiting a local clinic or occupational health provider that offers specimen collection. They can submit your sample to the appropriate testing laboratory on your behalf.
If you are a clinic or healthcare provider interested in partnering with TruLab Dx for testing services, we’d be happy to discuss how we can support your diagnostic needs.

Our Mini-RPP uses FDA EUA-authorized RT-PCR technology to rapidly detect key respiratory pathogens with high sensitivity and specificity. Designed for streamlined diagnostics, this panel helps clinicians quickly differentiate between viral and bacterial infections to guide appropriate treatment and infection control. With a focused target set, it supports timely care in both outpatient and long-term care settings - without the delays of broad respiratory panels.
Molecular testing to identify common infectious causes of vaginitis, including bacterial vaginosis, yeast, and trichomoniasis. Results include pathogen-specific detection and co-infection insights to guide precise therapeutic decisions.
Comprehensive RT-PCR testing for rapid detection of bacterial and fungal pathogens causing UTIs. Includes antibiotic resistance markers to support targeted, effective treatment and reduce recurrence.
Our wound panel is an advanced multiplex PCR assay developed for the comprehensive detection of pathogens and antimicrobial resistance genes associated with wound infections. This panel is designed to rapidly identify bacterial and fungal pathogens, including those implicated in polymicrobial infections, and detect resistance markers critical for guiding targeted antimicrobial therapy. By providing detailed pathogen profiles, this panel supports effective management of chronic wounds, post-sur

Our comprehensive STI panel detects a wide range of bacterial, viral, and protozoal pathogens with high accuracy using RT-PCR. This molecular-based approach enables early and reliable detection of infections such as Chlamydia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Trichomonas vaginalis, Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV), and others. With rapid results and broad coverage, this panel supports timely diagnosis, treatment, and partner management in both acute and asymptomatic cases.

Our fungal panel provides precise detection of pathogenic fungi, including yeast species and dermatophytes associated with superficial and systemic infections. Utilizing RT-PCR for rapid and accurate identification, the panel targets clinically significant organisms. Early molecular diagnosis supports targeted antifungal treatment, minimizes diagnostic delays, and improves patient outcomes - especially in immunocompromised or high-risk populations.
Our comprehensive toxicology panel is designed to support accurate detection, monitoring, and compliance management through high-sensitivity LC-MS and qPCR testing. This panel includes a broad range of drug classes and metabolites. This panel supports clinical decision-making for pain management, behavioral health, MAT programs, and post-acute care settings. Custom profiles and frequency options are available based on provider protocols and patient risk levels.

Our comprehensive Pharmacogenomics (PGx) panel provides actionable genetic insights to guide precise medication selection, dosing, and safety monitoring. By analyzing key CYP450 enzymes, drug-metabolism pathways, and genetic variants linked to efficacy and adverse drug responses, clinicians can optimize therapy for pain management, behavioral health, cardiology, primary care, and high-risk polypharmacy populations.
This panel supports personalized medicine, reduces trial-and-error prescribing, and helps prevent drug toxicity, treatment failure, and avoidable readmissions. Results integrate seamlessly into clinical workflows to enhance outcomes, patient safety, and therapeutic effectiveness.
